The 483 students only have access to drinking water via two faucets. Additionally the school garden is also taking water from those faucets. One is found on the inner courtyard, the other on the outer courtyard. There is no drain, but dirty puddles. Hepatitis E, a hygiene disease, is a common problem.
What we achieved so far: We installed four pipes with water taps. Furthermore one cleaning station with three sinks and water taps was build. To reduce the amount of drinking water usage a 5000l water tank has been installed. This tank is connected to pipes, which catch the rain. Therefore the school has more water resources.
